HiTestWare provides software advancing the use of IEEE 1450 Standard Test Interface Language (STIL) to automatically generate integrated circuit test programs including flow, binning, waveforms, levels, and timing^†.

Economies of scale are achieved by:
• Short term, translating industry recognized STIL to various tester languages.
• Long term, convincing automatic test equipment manufacturers to run STIL so customers can replace testers without retraining staff on different programming languages.

Our initial product, PDb, is a parser that reads STIL waveforms, timing, DC levels, test-flow, and ancillary information into a run-time database/framework optimized for integrated circuit test program translation and generation.
